WHEN THE WORLD COMES TO AN END, I WILL HAVE LOVED YOU geht noch einen Schritt weiter und zeichnet ein dystopisches Szenario eines sinnlosen digitalen Weiterlebens nach dem Tod.

#en Climate change, lost memories, and changing environments: This selection of shorts is about the loss of the world as we know it.

Losing Flowers For All Occasions, Overflow, Aura and WATER focus on the fragility of our planet and the destructive excesses of overproduction in an artful manner. WHEN THE WORLD COMES TO AN END, I WILL HAVE LOVED YOU takes it a step further and depicts a dystopian scenario of a senseless, digital afterlife. The animated film Saturation lovingly denounces over tourism, and in Saving Some Random Insignificant Stories, biographical mapmaking takes place in a parental basement, which was devastated by a flood. The House of Loss recounts the stories of people with dementia in a nursing home and their alienation from the world, while I still remember follows the traces of a life in Budapest during the Second World War.
