Mineland tells the stories of landmine victims in Colombia.Landmines have been used widely during Colombia’s decades-long internal conflict, causing thousands of victims. Involving the survivors as co-creators of the movie, Mineland not only reveals the devastating impact landmines have in Colombia, but also shows how cinema can be a powerful tool for resilience and inclusion. 
To mark Disarmament Week, the United Nations Information Service (UNIS) Vienna, in cooperation with the United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs (UNODA) Vienna, invites you to the Ciné-ONU screening of the documentary “Mineland”.
